Kelowna Trip

Drove to Kelowna for the weekend to visit Linda brother - weather was great - enjoyed a relaxing time up there - kids had a blast with their Auntie Rene and Uncle Bob. We were spoiled with lots of great food.

Kelowna just keeps getting bigger - they have everything there all on one road - the new development down by the lake was very nice - popped into the casino, lost $20 and popped out wishing I didn't pop in in the first place.














Carter got to go on Uncle Bobs scooter - what a great little bike to go short distances around town - especially with the price of gas the way it is














Drive there and back was a breeze and only 4.5 hours

Summer Holiday

Oregon is awesome
Spent 1 day in Seattle - did the shops/malls - Doubletree Hilton was only $42/night rhough Priceline

Camped on the beach in a State Campground by Aberdeen
Camped at Cape Disappointment in Southern WA. Very very windy - not a lot of fun that night
5 days in Seaside/Cannon Beach in a hotel we got for half price through www.Priceline.com

Kids had a great time and we enjoyed just kicking back
